Public Policy Research Intern at District Administration, Govt of Punjab

As a Public Policy Research Intern, I am responsible for the knowledge management of information on policies of prime importance by collating national, state, and district-level data from the public domain; developing strategy documents to inform DA Rupnagar’s program strategy through qualitative research; conducting secondary research and landscape analysis to contribute to concept notes and proposals; preparing briefs, reports and slide decks for cross-cutting programs at DA Rupnagar; delivering other project management, planning and implementation support to key project activities; researching academic and medical publications and distilling them into summaries and presentations to share knowledge (internal) on sectors of prime Importance for the administration; fostering partnerships between NGOs in Punjab and the District Administration for better private-sector engagement; writing brief reports on assessments of the present CSR projects; assisting in planning and proposal stages for big donor grants.
