1 Year with Government of Punjab!

My work till explored the field of development through policy research. As a Project Lead at the District Administration, Rupnagar, Government of Punjab, I led a group of 25 interns and worked towards gender equality, rural development, better public health accessibility, bridging the digital divide and promoting sustainable infrastructure.

I led a team of 6 on-field researchers in mapping the beneficiary friendliness of abortion facilities in the district of Rupnagar using the Mystery Client Methodology and devised evidence-based advocacy plans for safe abortion access to reduce Maternal Mortality Rates.

I also handled diverse initiatives during the Punjab Assembly Elections 2022.
